CCD Strategic Plan

The final version of CCD’s Strategic Plan 2025 is now available. From its inception, President Freeman was clear that the fabric of the plan should begin with thoughts and input from the college, from a series of town halls to forums with a variety of college department personnel, and also input from the community. From this inclusive and intentional focus emerged three overarching goals and eight strategic initiatives focused on specific areas of concentration. Within each initiative, a charter is being established that will contain specific actions, timelines, and measures for the duration of that initiative and will be made available as they are fully established.

This plan is also a living document that is designed to be flexible to cultural and social changes that must connect with the mission of CCD as well as its critical educational and resource support for our students over the next five years.
