Building & Classroom Closures

HVAC upgrades are coming to the Cherry Creek building! Over the course of the next year (during Spring 2025, Summer 2025, and Spring 2026 semesters) portions of the building will be inaccessible as ducting, windows, and air handling systems are replaced.

How does this affect students?

Courses impacted in the Spring 2025 semester have been re-roomed into other spaces in Cherry Creek and at CCD’s modular classroom (Mod 8) building just northwest of the Confluence building.

Check your schedule to see where your classes are listed and use the campus map to locate buildings you may not be familiar with. Signage will be posted around the building to provide guidance.

  • To access the third floor, please use the elevator on the north side of the building (Champa St. - near Cherry Creek 119).
  • To access the second floor, please use the elevator on the south side of the building (W Colfax Ave. - near Cherry Creek 130/133).

The Cherry Creek Café will be closed until the end of Spring semester.

CCD's ITS HelpDesk has been temporarily relocated to Cherry Creek 236.

HelpDesk tickets can still be submitted online as well.

The Marketing and Brand Experience office will be operating partially remote and partially on campus. Marketing materials and flyers can be picked up from the temporary office at Cherry Creek 234.
