Here are some additional resources if you’re feeling stressed, scared, or depressed:

  • Colorado Crisis Line -If you need to talk right now Text TALK to 38255
    This free and confidential crisis phone line is available 24/7 to help in all mental health situations ranging from anxiety and depression to suicide and self-harm. This resource is also available to consult with those supporting individuals going through a crisis. Mobile units and walk-in clinic access are available. http://coloradocrisisservices.org/
     
  • CCD Care Team – www.ccd.edu/care
    The Care team can help connect you with different campus and community resources and provide overall support for any campus community member experiencing significant stress.  If you are concerned about yourself or another campus community member, you can file a care report at www.ccd.edu/care  
     
  • CCD Human Services – for non-urgent needs.
    As our office moves online, the Human Services team is dedicated to continuing our support for all students. We are now able to offer our regular appointments by phone or video conference.
