Under the Skin, the 21st Century Wood Frame House Revealed is a series of explorations in wood frame house structure by the students of CCD's Residential Construction Technology studio. The frame concepts are based on a selection of important recent residential works by leading American and Canadian architects, as seen here.
The students were asked to work from minimal photographic evidence to create prospective framing systems for these buildings. These are the first architectural models these students have ever attempted. Stop by the Vitrine in Cherry Creek this week to view their excellent work!
