Purpose of Form

This form will be given to the faculty member in electronic form. This will allow faculty to click on the hyperlinks at any time in the future when they develop questions about the processes and procedures listed here.

The HR Proxy and Chair will use this checklist in printed form to ensure that faculty is completely and consistently briefed on their role as a faculty member of Community College of Denver.
