Project Prioritization Process

The purpose of this guideline is to provide a process for CCD employees to request IT project resources for a business solution or critical need. This guideline applies to all College employees. IT resources would be needed in order to solve a business problem using a process/system that doesn't currently exist or a process/system that needs to be notified.
