Resource Lending Agreements

The Resource Lending Agreement is a form completed by the Accessibility Center staff when student's accommodation allows for equipment. Student may borrow a smart pen, computer, and/or keyboard, including accessories for an allotted amount of time. The staff member must review the form and its implications with the student.
