Sexual Misconduct

This guideline states Community College of Denver (College) hereby adopts, in its entirety, System President’s Procedures (SP) 3-120a, Sexual Misconduct Procedure and SP 4-120a, Sexual Misconduct Procedure. These procedures shall be used by the College when conducting investigations of sexual misconduct.
