Parent Tax Filing Status

This form is required if your parent's marital status does not match their tax filing status, or if they filed taxes as married filing separately. They may be required to amend their taxes or to correct the FAFSA.

*Please note:

• The 2024-2025 form is for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 Semesters
• The 2025-2026 form is for the Fall 2025, Spring 2025, and Summer 2026 Semesters
