Blackbaud ID is identity management used that allows your data to be secured behind stronger authentication standards. All users will be associated with a Blackbaud ID (BBID) and requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the scholarship portal.
Beginning in January 2024, users logging into the Scholarship Portal will require a Blackbaud ID (BBID) account. This is a more secure login method and will further protect your personal information by providing enhanced password protection for your account. Blackbaud ID also allows you to enhance security with multi-factor authentication (MFA) through text messages or mobile authenticators.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requires a user to successfully validate at least two of three factors to authenticate. Blackbaud ID (BBID) will require MFA using your password and a unique time-based one-time code, accessed on a secondary device such as text messages and mobile authenticators. We are proactively making this change, by enforcing industry standard security measures, to help safeguard your data.
If you forget your Blackbaud ID password, you must reset it online. On the login page, click Forgot Password?, enter your email address, and click Send.
The Migration of Blackbaud ID Authentication will improve reliability for Blackbaud ID and provide an easier, more intuitive sign-in experience.
For Email/Password users who authenticate through Blackbaud's secure service, passwords are migrated automatically when users sign in.
However, if users enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA), they are prompted to set up MFA again and must do so before their password can then be migrated.
Important: If you are having problems remembering your password, please click on trouble signing in to reset your password.
If you have any questions, please email us at scholarships@ccd.edu.
