The EXCEL! Zone tutoring center offers robust and innovative services designed to support Community College of Denver students from all backgrounds, across all pathways. Our students define success in a variety of ways, either through earning a passing grade in a difficult subject, or deepening one’s knowledge base so they can turn their C grade into a B, or their B grade into an A. In addition to supporting academic subjects, the EXCEL! Zone is also a hub for digital literacy support for students, faculty, and staff. Whatever your learning goal is, we can show you how to work smarter, not harder!
Located on the 4th floor of the Confluence building, the EXCEL! Zone offers space and equipment to support students attending CCD including open study space, quiet study space, group study space, a computer lab, and printers for students to use. These spaces are open during the spring, fall, and summer semesters when the College is open, Monday through Friday. For in-person and online tutoring hours, please visit the webpages for each individual zone.
Upcoming Office Closure: The EXCEL! Zone will be closed for Spring Break the week of March 16-22. Visit us when we reopen for tutoring on March 24!
