This program guarantees full coverage of standard* tuition and fee charges for all eligible Colorado resident students taking between 12 and 15 credits per semester.** 

Eligibility Requirements for Program 

• Undergraduate students working toward their first undergraduate degree, classified as a Colorado Resident 
• Complete FAFSA by July 15 
• Submit all required financial aid documents by August 1st 
• Student Aid Index (SAI) of 3,000 or less  
• Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress 
• Must be enrolled in 12 to 15 eligible credits per semester  
• Seeking a degree or a financial aid eligible certificate 
• Authorizing Colorado Opportunity Fund each term  

 *Excludes high-cost programs like Dental Hygiene, Cannabis Science, Health Care Informatics, Nursing, Machining & Welding 

**This program utilizes federal and state grants to cover expenses.  It is not intended to be a separate scholarship program. Therefore, it does NOT require a separate application.
